1. Essential Portal (1-Tier)
Ideal For: Small companies, family offices, or individuals.
Description:
The Essential Portal is perfect for organizations looking for a simple yet branded document management solution. With this portal:
- Companies can customize the branding with their logo, colors, and a personalized URL.
- Only 4 roles types available to manage vaults on the go.
- Multiple vaults can exist under the same branded URL, each acting as a standalone space for document management. However, user can access as collaborators to multiple vaults.
Limitations:
- Admin Portal features are not available.
- Only standalone vault features are accessible.
- This setup is ideal for basic operations or family offices where only one vault is need it.

2. Professional Portal (2-Tier)
Ideal For: Medium-sized businesses, financial advisors, and organizations requiring team and client management.
Description:
The Professional Portal offers more robust features for companies needing administrative control and the ability to manage multiple vaults:
- Branded Experience: Full customization of URL, logos, colors, and icons.
- Admin Portal: Provides a centralized space to manage teams and create client vaults for individuals, organizations, or households.
- Corporate Vault: dedicated vault to organize company documents.
- Standardized Folder Structure: Admins can define company-wide folder structures for client vaults to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Private Folders: Allows companies to create private areas in the vault, visible only to the company team, for managing internal documents.
- Personal Folders: Offers clients the option to manage personal life documents alongside company documents.
- Collaborative Permissions: Teams and clients can collaborate and grant third-party access to certain vault areas.
Available Features:
Dashboard, AI, checklists, In-review processes, expiring document management, integrations and more. Some advanced features are available as add-ons.
3. Enterprise Plus Portal (3-Tier)
Ideal For: Larger organizations with hierarchical management structures and multiple teams or branches.

The Enterprise Plus Portal introduces multi-level management, allowing organizations to operate with both a head office and sub-portals:
- Head Office Admin Portal (Tier 3): A centralized portal for the head office to manage and share documents with key team members.
- Branch/Sub-Portals (Tier 2): Teams or branches operate their own portals to manage client vaults (Tier 1).
- Unified Branding: All tiers share the head office's branding for a cohesive user experience.
- Standardized Operations: Head office predefines folder structures for vaults at every level, ensuring consistency and simplifying workflows.
- Feature Management: The head office decides which features are accessible to sub-portals, streamlining operations and maintaining control.
Available Features:
Advanced features are available at the head office level, with customizable options for sub-portals. However, some features may not be accessible in this setup.
4. Enterprise Pro Portal (4-Tier)
Ideal For: Large enterprises requiring comprehensive control over multiple organizational levels and subsidiaries.
Description:
The Enterprise Pro Portal is designed for companies with complex needs and offers the highest level of management and integration:
- Corporate Vault (Tier 4): The head office has access to a corporate vault, providing centralized control and oversight.
- Automatic Access: Admins have automatic access to all corporate vaults and the vaults within each company under the umbrella portal.
- Multi-Branding: when navigating under each company portal the branding will change based on each portal type.
- Scalability: Supports large-scale operations while maintaining a branded and streamlined user experience.
