Deeper Trusted Advisor
An individual who has access to all documents inside specific folder access and / or area inside a Vault. Trusted Advisor access can be removed or edited at any time by the VaultHolder, Manager or Administrative users. By default, Trusted Advisors do not have an individual Vault, but they need to have an account in the system. After giving this access a label Trusted Advisor will show under the Contact Type.
Global Trusted Advisor
An individual who needs to have access to the same location - category (Level 1) or subcategories (Level 2) - inside multiple clients' Vaults (i.e. CPA, Lawyers, etc.). Only Administrative users can create this type of contacts under the User tab on the Admin Portal. Inside each Vault will show with a label Trusted Advisor under the Contact Type.
Manager
Vault owners can provide Trusted Advisors with Manager Access, which give the contact full access to all folders and areas inside the Vault. Their access can be removed at any time by the VaultHolder or other managers. By default, Managers do not have an individual Vault, but they need to have an account in the system. After giving this access a label Manager will show under the Contact Type.
