Checklist

Available for Admins or Representatives. Request documents or add action items to your clients or their Trusted collaborations using this tool, and keep track of their completion progress.


Distributed Documents

Send one or multiple documents to one or many vaults using this tool with a customized email. You can also replace or delete documents that were sent using this feature.


Vault Dashboard

Display a promotion, deadline or specific dashboard to one or many vaults. This image will be displayed at the top of your company tab.


Global Folder

Have one place to manage all the common content that you want to offer to your clients using this feature. This is a great tool to share policies, manuals, templates and forms.
