How to add Administrative/Representative users?

Attention! In a multi-tiered environment, please add your team members as Administrators/Assistants before you provide them with Trusted Advisors' access.

We have 2 types of Administrative users on each portal- Administrators and Representatives. Your team can assign these types of users to manage your clients' vaults, but you can also assign them to third parties users that work with more than one of your clients, thus, helping you to quickly give them access and manage their permissions.

Step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Go to the main menu on the left, click on the “Users” tab.

Step 2: Click on “Add New User +”.

Step 3: Choose the account type: Administrator or Representative.

Step 4: Add the first name, last name, and email.

Step 5: If the type is Representative, then set their permissions and click on "Save":

  • You can configure their ability to activate and deactivate vaults.
  • Custom permission to the “Company’s Taxonomy”. The folders you choose here will be applied to all the vaults this user has been assigned to.

Step 6: Click “Create”. The system will send an activation email to the new user.
