Step-by-step guide:
- Modifying Recipients
- Step 1: On the distributed documents tab, right-click on the name of the document and select ‘Modify Recipients’.
- Step 2: Add new recipients by searching for them or remove a recipient by selecting the blue ‘x’.
- Step 3: Once you’ve updated the list of vaults that have access to this document or these documents, select save.
- Step 4: You will then be prompted to choose if you would like to notify the vaultholder.
Modifying Recipients
Step 1: On the distributed documents tab, right-click on the name of the document and select ‘Modify Recipients’.
Step 2: Add new recipients by searching for them or remove a recipient by selecting the blue ‘x’.
Step 3: Once you’ve updated the list of vaults that have access to this document or these documents, select save.
Step 4: You will then be prompted to choose if you would like to notify the vaultholder.
- You can choose whether you send notifications to the vaultholder.
- If you want to notify the vaultholder via the in-vault notification bell, select the first checkbox and if you would like to send them an email notification select the second checkbox.
- You can also tailor the message and preview it and from there.
- Select Save.
