This feature allows a document to appear in multiple folders, but the document is stored only once.
Step-by-step guide:
- Step 1: Double click on the document. Then in the document view, click the button “Location” displayed next to the document.
- Step 2: Click on “Add New Location”.
- Step 3: Select the other location in the directory or choose one of the suggested locations.
- Step 4: Click “Add”. You will see the pop-up location window with a summary of where this document can be located.

To Remove a location click on the "x" next to the location you want to remove.
