How to create entities in your clients' vaults?

By default, the vaults have one Entity set as Personal. This one entity can be modified, if the user have a Premium vault, when a user change the entity the system will display a new folder structure related to the entity selected.
Only users with manager access or vault owners can manage the entities of a vault. 
The entity feature allows you to file documents as if you have individual filing cabinets. You can check off which Entities you would like to be visible.

Step 1: Go to your "All  Documents" tab. In the top-right menu click on Entities. 

Step 2: A new menu will be displayed.  Click on “Entity Management”. 

Step 3: Click the “+ Add New Entity”.

Step 4: Fill in the information for your new entity.

  • Add a name to your new entity.
  • Select the entity type- Sole  Proprietorship,  Limited  Liability  Corporation,  Person, Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative, Charitable Foundation,  Family  Trust,  etc.) 
  • Choose a colour.
  • You  can also fill in the information in the Entity summary form.
  • Click Save.

Depending on the entity selection, some new folders will be shown or hidden.
