By default, Admins have access to all vaults within the system. However, permissions can be customized for Representative users, allowing tailored access to specific folders and vaults based on the Portal's tier configuration.
Representatives Permissions by Portal Type:
2-Tier Portal
An Admin can customize folder access and assign vaults to "Representative" users.
3-Tier Portal
A Head Office Admin can manage Representative access specific folders and vaults at the Head Office level, and also provide them full folder access to all vaults under Sub-portals.
4-Tier Portal
Enterprise Representatives can be assigned to subsystems (companies), gaining automatic access to all folders within the Corporate Vault and all associated vaults under.

2-Tier Portal
Creating a User
- Go to the User tab.
- When creating the user, define their access by selecting specific folders.
- Assign the user to one or more vaults.
Editing a User to Modify Access
- Go to the User tab.
- Select the user and modify folder access as needed.
- You can also manage vault access, adding or removing access to vaults.
3-Tier Portal
Creating a User with Access to Head Office Vaults:
- Go to the User tab.
- During user creation, define their folder access and assign them to the Head Office vaults.
Editing a User to Modify Access:
- Go to the User tab and select the user.
- Customize the user’s folder access and manage their access to Head Office vaults.
Assigning Access to Vault under Sub-Portals:
- Go to the Clients/SubPortal tab.
- Select the portal and right-click to assign the user to the portal.
- For portal-specific representatives, right-click on the portal and select "Add New User" or manage existing users.
4-Tier Portal
Assigning Representatives to Subsystems:
- During user creation or editing, assign the representative to specific subsystems (companies).
- The representative will gain automatic access to all folders in the Corporate Vault and vaults inside the subsystems.
