By default, Admins have access to all vaults. However, you can decide which vaults a Representative can manage and which company folders they can see.
Step-by-step guide:
- Step 1: Go to the main menu on the left, click on “Client List”.
- Step 2: Select “All” or choose the specific vaults you want this Rep to have access to.
- Step 3: Right Click or go to “Actions” in the top-right corner
- Step 4: Select “Assign Representative”.
- Step 5: Select the name/names of the representatives and click Assign.

Step 2: Select “All” or choose the specific vaults you want this Rep to have access to.
Step 3: Right Click or go to “Actions” in the top-right corner
Step 4: Select “Assign Representative”.
Step 5: Select the name/names of the representatives and click Assign.
