By default, Admins have access to all Vaults. However, you can decide which Vaults a Representative can manage and which company folders they can see.
Step-by-step guide:
- Step 1: Go to the main menu on the left, click on 'Client List'.
- Step 2: Select 'All' or choose the specific Vaults you want this Rep to have access to.
- Step 3: Right Click or go to 'Actions' in the top-right corner.
- Step 4: Select 'Assign Representative'.
- Step 5: Select the name/names of the representatives and click Assign.

Step 3: Right Click or go to 'Action' in the top-right corner.
Step 4: Select 'Assign Representative'.
Step 5: Select the name/names of the representatives and click 'Assign'.
- You can assign multiple client Vaults to multiple representatives in one go.
