If your Administrator or Representative did not receive the activation email, you can re-send it from your User tab. Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Users tab on the main menu on the left side.
- You will see the list of all your administrators/representatives.
Step 2: Select and right-click on the name of the user(Administrator/Representative).
Step 3: Click on the 'Send Activation Email' from the menu.
- The user will receive an activation email from noreply@futurevault.com.
