You can deactivate/reactivate the users i.e. the administrators and representatives from the Users tab on the main menu. Please follow the below instructions:

Step-by-step guide:

Deactivate a user

Step 1: On the left menu, click on 'Users'.”.

Step 2: Select or right-click the name of the user.

Step 3: Click on 'Deactivate user' from the menu. 

Or you can also: Go to the 'Actions' column and click on the 'Deactivate' button.

Step 4: Confirm by clicking 'Yes'.

Reactivate a user

Step 1: On the left menu, click on 'Users'.”.

Step 2: Select or right-click the name of the user.

Step 3: Click on 'Activate user' from the menu. 

Or you can also: Go to the 'Actions' column and click on the 'Activate' button.

Step 4: Confirm by clicking 'Yes'.
