Once you delete level 3 documents, they go to the 'Deleted' tab on the main menu on the left side. Now you can either restore them or permanently delete them by following the below steps:
Step by Step guide:
- Step 1: Ensure that you are inside a client’s vault.
- Step 2: Go to 'Deleted' located on the left tab.
- Step 3: Select one file or click on All.
- Step 4: Right-click on the selected file or select the 'Actions' button.
- Step 5: Select 'Restore Files' or 'Delete Files Permanently'.
- Step 6: Click 'Yes' to confirm.

Step 2: Go to 'Deleted' located on the left tab.
Step 3: Select one file or click on All.
Step 4: Right-click on the selected file or select the 'Actions' button.
Step 5: Select 'Restore Files' or 'Delete Files Permanently'.
- If you select 'Restore Files', the files will be restored to the previous location.
- Alternatively, if choose 'Delete Files Permanently', files will be fully removed from the database and cannot be restored.
