If you want to create a new Representative user that can mirror the same client list and permissions of an existing Representative, it can now be done using the 'Clone Representative' option.

Step-by-step guide:

• Step 1: Go to the Users tab, right click on the Representative that you want to Clone, and select 'Clone Representative' under Actions.
• Step 2: Populate the content in the Clone Representative box.    
• Step 3: An activation email will be sent to the new representative from noreply@futurevault.com.

Info! You can also perform the same action by selecting the representative to be cloned and selecting the Actions button on the top right and clicking on 'Clone Representative'

Step 2: Populate the content in the Clone Representative box.

• Enter the first name, last name and email of the new representative.
• Permissions field cannot be edited at this step. All Permissions will be cloned automatically from the primary representative that you chose.
• Click on 'Save'

Step 3: An activation email will be sent to the new representative from noreply@futurevault.com.

• Once the rep is onboarded, he/she will have the same permissions as that of the cloned rep.

Info! The new representative permissions can be further edited once the rep is created by right clicking on the rep name and selecting 'Edit User'.
