If you need to provide equal access to different parties to a Vault, now you can add one or multiple Co-owners to a Vault.
Once you create a Co-owner the system will automatically send them an activation email, so we highly recommend to add Co-owners when you are ready to share it with the clients. If you would like to pre-populated the Vault, don't add the co-owner until you are happy with the Vault set up.
Co-Owners essentially have the same set of actions and permissions as the primary Vault holder. Please note that these users will see the name of the Vault, as defined when creating the Vault.
Step by step:
- Step 1: Go to the respective Vault in the client list and right-click on it.
- Step 2: Select "Add Co-Owner".
- Step 3: Fill in the First Name, Last Name and Email and click on Save.
