If you need to provide equal access to different parties to a Vault, now you can add one or multiple Co-owners to a Vault.

Once you create a Co-owner the system will automatically send them an activation email, so we highly recommend to add Co-owners when you are ready to share it with the clients. If you would like to pre-populated the Vault, don't add the co-owner until you are happy with the Vault set up.

Co-Owners essentially have the same set of actions and permissions as the primary Vault holder. Please note that these users will see the name of the Vault, as defined when creating the Vault.

Attention! Only Admins can add Co-Owners.

Step by step:

Step 1: Go to the respective Vault in the client list and right-click on it.

Info! Once the Co-Owner's credentials are saved, an activation email is automatically triggered to the Co-Owner's email inbox with a temporary password. After completing the onboarding, Co-Owners will be able to access the Vault.

Administrators can view the Co-Owners of each Vault by going to the Contacts tab in the Vault where they are identified by the Co-Owner Tag under Collaborators.
