Assigning a Main Contact Card to your clients’ vaults keeps your branding top of mind for future generations and collaborators, while making it easy for clients to contact you directly via phone or email. You can showcase up to two contact cards per vault.

Step by Step
Step 1: Update Your User Profile
Before assigning your card, make sure your contact profile is up to date.
- In the Admin Portal, click your name at the top right corner.
- Select Account Settings > under Profile click Edit Profile.
- Click in the plus icon to upload a professional photo (filters are available).
- Add your title and ensure you enter a WORK phone number (other phone types will not display).
- Your system email will be used automatically.
- Click Save
- A confirmation message will show: Successfully updated profile
Step 2: Assign Your Contact Card to Clients’ Vaults
Bulk Assign to All Clients
- Go to your Client List.
- Select All clients.
- Set pagination at the button to the maximum (Rows per page: 500). If there are multiple pages, repeat these steps on each one.
- Click Actions or right-click the selection.
- Choose Main Contact Card > Assigned Main Contact Card to XX Vaults> Select your user profile.
- To assign a second card, repeat the process.
Assign to Individual Clients
- Right-click the client name and select See Details.
- Under the Profile section, go to Main Contact Card.
- Click the + icon to add a card.
- Click the x icon next to a card to remove it.
