Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Select the checklist you want to edit. You could:
- Right-click on the name of the checklist and click on the option “Edit Template” from the menu or,
- Click on the “Action” button and select the option “Edit Template”.
Step 2: Make the changes you need.
Step 3: Click on the “Update” button.
Awareness! If you already assigned a checklist and you edit the template after, then those changes are not going to be reflected on the already assigned checklist. If you need to edit a checklist that is already assigned, you have to unassign first, and then assign again the new update checklist..
