Companies can have one true location to all documents related to clients in one location. The ones you would like to share and the other files that you don't. To enable this section inside your client Vaults, send an email to support the folder structure you would like. Remember, the system needs to have at least one Level 1 and at least one Level 2.
You can also determine who in your team will be able to access this section under the 'User' tab. We have limited the actions administrative users can perform on documents to avoid any leak of information.
