If you want to Assign or Unassign a Contact (Trusted Collaborator) from a Checklist, follow the steps below:
To Assign a Contact (Trusted Collaborator)
Step 1: Go to your 'Client List'.
- Right-click on the name of your client.
- Click on Access Vault.
Step 2: Inside the Vault, go to the Checklist tab.
- Click on the name of the Checklist.
- Click on 'Assign a Contact'.

Warning! Ensure the contact has already been granted permission to access the folder where the documents will be stored, and it's active.
Step 3: Click Assign contact
- Select the name of the collaborator from the list
- The system will send an email to this contact to upload the document.
To Unassign a Contact (Trusted Collaborator)
Step 1: Go to your 'Client List'.
- Right-click on the name of your client.
- Click on Access Vault.
Step 2: Inside the Vault go to the Checklist tab.
- Click on the name of the Checklist.
Step 3: Click on the 'X' next to the name of the contact.

Warning! This action doesn't change the contact's permission (Trusted Collaborator). IF you would like to edit the permissions, go to the Contacts tab
