Template management is a great tool to define a pool of Level 1 and Level 2 folder groups, and then create multiple standardized folder Taxonomy Templates out of those folders groups. These Taxonomy Templates can be designed in a way to target different client segments and can be assigned while creating new Vaults.

Custom Folders

Create and organize your new folders in this section. You will be able to arrange them from level 1 to level 2. 

Click on 'New Custom Folder' on the right hand side to get started, and remember to Save the changes after.

Taxonomy Templates

You are in control of your templates! Now you can have a different folder structure for new Vaults. In this section you can create 'New T' with the new folders you already created and organized on the Customer Folder section.

Click on the newly created Template and select the folders that should be part of this Taxonomy. Once you finish, click 'Save' and you are all set!
